No New Posts Aiyanna

Aiyanna is one of the most picturesque parts of Wydowen and is where most come to visit. The valley opens up to reveal lush grasses that adorn the hills formed by the mountains. Known famously for the ever blooming wild flowers, Aiyanna is a sight to behold when every flower is in full bloom during the spring months. Colors range from orange to white caress every crevice with a speck of color that brings it to life. The fragrance of the flowers tickles the noses of the pack to signal that spring has made its long awaited arrival. Aiyanna is a tranquil place but often doubles as a hunting ground as unsuspecting prey wanders in only to never get the chance to wander back out.

No New Posts Katahdin

The great mountain of Katahdin boasts it size but is also known as a haven for the pack. The snowcapped mountain is easily pinpointed along the horizon for the snow is always evident in any season that touches the land. The mountain provides security and has caves that give the pack a den to rest their weary heads with ease. There are multiple entrances to Katahdin but outsiders are often faced with dead ends or get lost in the narrow tunnels that lead them nowhere. The pack knows which winding path leads it to either the dens or to the mouth of the waterfall to watch the water or peer out into the distance to see if Wydowen is under attack. Katahdin has multiple uses as in one particular den it leads into a much larger cave which holds pack meetings and can accommodate the entire pack with ease. With the dripping and the muffled sounds of the waterfall, these are the sounds that make Katahdin whole and familiar.

No New Posts Odahingum

Odahingum is the primary water source for the Wydowen pack. It starts off at the mountain known as Katahdin and appears as a raging waterfall that boldly collides with a pool of water below. This churning pool of water at the base of the waterfall braches off to reach Aiyanna so it helps to irrigate the plants that blossom. Odahingum also becomes fairly deep in most places, proving itself to be a place to cool off or to hinder the attacks of another pack. These rippling waters leaves its mark by making itself known in one way or another and spreads across the vast land to become an aide if someone loses their way back home.

No New Posts Schuglkill

Schuglkill is a creek hidden from the naked eye and is a secondary water source for the pack. The water is covered by the verdant land and the thick canopies of trees shelter it from a single glance and the place is often overlooked. Schuglkill is often where expecting mothers go to raise their young in the dens created in the base of trees and their roots. The creek follows the contours of the land and curves in no particular pattern so these mothers can easily wander out of their dens to grab a quick drink of water. Schuglkill can also be touched by other members of the pack and most can be found gallivanting about in the waters or waiting for succulent fish to swim by their awaiting jowls.

No New Posts Talutah

Named after the blood red oddities, Talutah is Wydowen’s most unforgiving place. Somewhere along the way, the beauty of the land ceases to exist. Canyons have formed in its wake to leave an ugly scar upon the land as the merciless winds whip through here to create dust tornadoes to pierce through the eyes of those that come here to gaze upon its mysterious beauty. Stones upon stones create tall structures that vary in height and width and for the most part, these strange creations are sturdy and can hold the weight of a wolf or two. Odahingum has become a dried up river bed, adding to the foreboding place that remains unexplored by wolven paws. Sporadic amount of blood red stones graces the land to give an eerie feeling to the place and it has been noted that most wolves that enter Talutah most often rarely ever return.

Board Description
wydowen valley
Wydowen Valley is a place surrounded by a misty calm each morning and captivated by a warm glow from the sun during the day. Beneath the expanse of tree tops and jagged cliffs is where the heart of this territory lies. Spring and summer are especially lovely months as this area is cooler than the rest of Abhaya due to the abundant amount of shade and lower altitude. In the winter, though, it bears the brunt of harsh storms and often fills up with snow and ice quicker than the other territories.
